Help & Support
Need help with scheduling posts, reconnecting accounts, or publishing to a specific platform? Start here — these are the most common issues Skedlii users run into.
Frequently Asked Questions
My post is stuck in “Scheduled” — what should I check first?
The most common reason is an expired or disconnected social account. Go to Settings → Social Accounts and make sure the affected channel shows as “Connected.” Reconnect it and Skedlii will attempt to dispatch your scheduled post again.
How do I reconnect an expired token without losing posts?
If a connected account is marked as “Expired,” click Reconnect and complete the OAuth flow (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc). This refreshes your token — your scheduled posts stay in Skedlii, and future dispatches will use the new token.
Can I post to multiple platforms at once?
Yes. When composing or scheduling, select multiple connected accounts (e.g. Instagram + LinkedIn + Facebook). Skedlii will apply platform-specific rules (caption length, media format) so the post doesn’t fail on one platform and succeed on another.
Instagram or Threads keeps failing to connect — why?
Meta-based accounts can fail if the Instagram business/creator account isn’t properly linked to a Facebook Page or if some permissions were skipped during OAuth. Reconnect from Settings → Social Accounts and accept all permissions. If it still fails, contact support with the account type you're connecting.
How does Skedlii scheduling work under the hood?
When you schedule, Skedlii validates your content, stores it in a queue, and a background worker posts it at your selected time. If a post can’t be published (expired token, missing permission, invalid media), it will be flagged in your activity/logs so you can retry after fixing the connection.
Which platforms are supported right now?
Skedlii currently supports Instagram, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok, and YouTube. Posting to X (Twitter) is in staged rollout — check back here or the roadmap if you need it enabled for your workspace.
