Troubleshooting
Page missing when connecting? Make sure you select the right Business and click Select all Pages. Confirm your role is Admin or Editor.
Post stuck on “Scheduled”? Your access token might have expired. Go to Social Accounts → Facebook → Reconnect in Skedlii.
Permission or publishing errors? Reconnect and approve all permissions again. If issues continue, remove Skedlii from Facebook’s Business Integrations and connect again.
Video upload problems? Try re-encoding your video to MP4 (H.264/AAC), keep it under 1 GB, and use 1080p at 30 fps for best results.
Known limits
- Facebook’s API doesn’t support posting to personal profiles.
- New URLs might take some time before link previews appear.
- Edits to posts may take a few minutes to update in Facebook insights.
