Refund Policy

We want you to be confident about choosing Skedlii. This page explains how refunds work — especially how it relates to our 7-day free trial (card required) and your first paid charge.
1. Free Trial
Most Skedlii plans start with a 7-day free trial. A card is required to begin the trial, but you won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
- You can cancel anytime during the trial and no payment will be taken.
- If you don't cancel, your subscription will start automatically at the end of the 7 days.
2. 30-Day Refund on Your First Paid Charge
After your trial ends and your first payment is taken, you can request a full refund within 30 days of that first charge.
- Applies to your first subscription payment (monthly or annual).
- One refund per customer or organization.
- Request must be made within 30 days of the first charge date.
This lets you try the full version of Skedlii beyond the trial — and still back out if it's not a fit.
3. What We Refund
- The subscription amount from your first billing term.
- Taxes or third-party fees may be excluded where they're non-refundable by law or the payment processor.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email hello@skedlii.xyz with the subject “Refund Request”.
- Include the email you used for Skedlii and your invoice/receipt if possible.
We typically process refunds within 5–10 business days.
5. After a Refund
- Your active subscription will be canceled.
- Access to paid features may be reduced or disabled.
- Please export any data you need before the refund is completed.
6. Anti-Abuse & Exceptions
- We may decline refunds for repeated or clearly abusive use.
- High-value / enterprise agreements may follow separate contract terms.
- This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable law.
